ABOUT US

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Emilie Davies

Emilie was working as a nurse in the UK’s National Health Service when she first had the idea to start the business.

Initially, Emilie sought to find a nursing role that would enable her to relocate to Dubai. She felt drawn towards Dubai from the moment she first visited, inspired by the positivity and vibrancy of the city driven by the vision and foresight of the UAE’s rulers.

However, during her job search experience, Emilie recognised the need for high quality information and assistance for medical professionals seeking to relocate to the UAE, and this became the inspiration for Allocation Assist.
